Your riding holiday
Gower was Britains first designated area of outstanding natural beauty. The variety of scenery includes miles of sandy beaches, magnificent limestone cliffs, salt and freshwater marshes, woodland and moorland. Our heart of the peninsula location, the rich scenery, abundant wildlife and vast areas of common land means we can offer you some of the most interesting and scenic rides in the country. Our award winning guides have an unrivalled knowledge of the best trails, the local conditions and off course the temperements of their horses. They will also share with you their knowledge of the local culture, history and traditions in a pleasurable atmosphere. |
The riding day starts at 10 a.m. when one of our experienced staff match one of our well mannered ponies to your ability. There follows a period of bonding when everyone gets hands on experience of getting their ponies ready. After an informal instruction the ride moves off at approx 11.30 stopping for lunch at beaches, picturesque villages or country pubs to return at approximately 4p.m.
